It’s your time to shine.

What I do: I am here for you. I advocate for you. Over the 10+ years I have been doing therapy, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families, just like yours, who have chosen me as their therapist and have seen incredible results. I believe in a strengths-based approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques. Making the choice to seek therapy can be a difficult one, but the most important step in the change process. Let me be a part of a great, positive change for your and your family today.

What People Are Saying

“Chris is a thoughtful, caring, dependable person, no matter how hectic his own life is always been there for my family. I highly recommend Chris because I’m grateful for his contributions to my family.”

“I highly recommend his services to all but especially Black people and other minoritized groups. The experience of walking through life as a person of color is not easily understood by those whose experience don’t match it, the solutions are unique and the conversations have to take that lived experience into account.”

“I went to my first college class ever! I never could have done this without Rob. Thank you! ”
